We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For questions regarding data protection or the exercise of your rights, you can contact us anytime at the address provided above.
Purpose of Processing
a) Provision of the Website
To provide the website, we process data such as the IP address, date and time of the request, transferred data volumes, browser information (version and language), and operating system details.
This processing is necessary to display the website and ensure its security and stability.
b) Handling Inquiries via Contact Form
If you have concerns or questions, you can contact us using the provided form. In this case, we process information such as subject area, first and last name, email address, and the message content.
c) Web Analytics and Tracking
User activity on this website can be analyzed in two ways for web analytics: through cookies or IP addresses. If cookies (text files) are stored via the browser, the website can recognize, for example, the last language setting. The IP address is used to determine the user’s location. Since IP addresses are usually assigned dynamically, the address information is not exact but limited to a geographical region.
Through cookie settings, you can determine whether and how cookies are stored. More detailed information can be found in the corresponding section of this privacy policy.
We also use Google Analytics on this website. The evaluation or profiling carried out by Google is referred to as tracking. For this evaluation, Google must collect the visitor’s IP address, as required by internet protocols. More detailed information can be found in the cookie section of this website.
d) Displaying Maps
We integrate maps from the service “Google Maps” to display geographic information visually. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about visitors’ use of the map functions.
Categories of Recipients
The following categories of recipients may receive personal data:
- Website hosting providers
- Providers of web analytics and tracking tools
- IT service providers or web agencies
- Providers of email distribution programs
- Providers of digital maps
All recipients have been carefully selected and contractually engaged in accordance with Art. 9 FADP. They are bound to our instructions, have suitable technical and organizational measures in place, and are regularly reviewed.
In addition, data may be disclosed in response to official requests or legal proceedings if this is strictly required.
Disclosure of Personal Data Abroad
In the course of processing your personal data, such data may also be transferred to third parties abroad through the use of our website. This means personal data may be processed worldwide, including outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA (i.e., in so-called third countries such as the USA).
The cookie banner has already informed you that we use providers located abroad (USA):
· Google (for Analytics and Google Maps) - Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy
We have therefore taken appropriate measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection for such transfers. Processing is carried out, for example, on the basis of signed Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914/EU – SCC) or the Data Privacy Framework.
Your Rights
You have the right to request, at any time and free of charge, information about the processing of your personal data. Additional rights such as the right to data deletion, data rectification, restriction of processing, and the right to data portability exist within the legally prescribed framework.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

To exercise your rights, please contact us by email or phone. We will respond within the statutory deadline.
Automated Individual Decision-Making
This website does not carry out any automated processing that produces legal effects for the individual concerned.
